In conjunction with the overnight pallet network, we are pleased to offer delivery to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Timeframes
As part of our commitment to prompt and reliable supply of goods, we offer same day despatch for orders placed before 10am on boxes and pallets of items.
Orders consisting of boxes and sample items will arrive as separate deliveries. Please note that sample boxes may require a further 24 hours for preparation and despatch.
We offer a next day delivery service available for the majority of mainland United Kingdom.
An economy service is available for Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Isles of Scilly, Guernsey and Jersey. Delivery timeframes for these areas will vary.
Receipt and Unloading of Goods
Our transport companies offer curb-side delivery of goods. Due to the weight of our palletised stone and wood products, it is therefore highly advised that either a forklift or pallet jack is available onsite for receipt of goods from the transport company.
We also strongly advise that a visual inspection is undertaken at the time that goods are received. In the event that the pallet of products appears damaged externally in any way it will be necessary to sign the receipt of products as ‘damaged’. It is advised that the customer document any perceived damaged by taking necessary photographs of the palletised items.
