B1G1, which stands for Buy One Give One, is a global giving initiative with a mission to create a world where every business can contribute to making a difference. The organisation believes that every business, regardless of its size or industry, has the potential to create positive social and environmental impact.
At Atelius, we have chosen to build charitable donations into our business transactions through B1G1. Every time our clients place an order with us, we make a donation to one of three causes that benefit the environment, education and healthcare of Indonesia – the choice of which is up to you! It’s a privilege of ours to invite our clients into the giving equation in this way, as we look to do business in a manner that benefits the countries we transact with.

Should I be signing up to become a retail partner or to open a trade account?
To help us better manage the needs of our various clients, we have created two different account categories that can be applied for.
To be eligible to become a retail partner with Atelius, you must be a retailer with a high-street business premises who is interested in stocking and selling our products by adding them to your existing range. We deal with tiling, bathroom and kitchen stores, as well as retailers in general building products and speciality DIY stores. If this sounds like your business then feel free to submit an application.
Our trade account is available for businesses who require our products for installation on specific projects. We deal with fit-out companies, builders, architects, interior designers and more, who would like to present the use of our products to their clients. If your business falls into this category then it would be great to hear from you.
How do I order samples?
Samples are available to order through our website for those who have signed up to become a retail partner or open a trade account. Go to the page for a particular product and select the sample option for it to be added to your shopping cart. You are able to order samples for multiple products, which we package and send for you to see in person.
Do you supply to the general public?
Unfortunately, we do not supply directly to the general public. If you love our product range but are ineligible to open an account, still feel free to get in touch and we will be able to point you in the direction of one of our stockists.
How are transport costs calculated?
Freight is calculated based on the post code that the pallet of goods is being sent to, the freight service required and the quantity of goods ordered. We offer both next day and economy freight services.
What is the timeframe on delivery once an order is placed?
We offer same day despatch for orders placed before 10am. Orders placed after 10am will be despatched the next day.
Please note that orders consisting of boxes and sample items will arrive as separate deliveries. Please note that sample boxes may require a further 24 hours for preparation and despatch.
How does Atelius partner with B1G1 for project donations?
B1G1 (Buy 1 Give 1) is a non-profit organisation with a mission to tie the daily transactions of 1000’s of businesses worldwide with donations to high impact causes. By doing business with Atelius, you will be directly contributing to our chosen causes through B1G1. Every time our clients place an order with us, we make a donation to one of three causes that benefit the environment, education and healthcare of Indonesia – the choice of which is up to you!
Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases?
When ordering any of our products, there is the option to select a full pallet of goods in the ‘Quantity Type’ section. A 10% discount is applied for such purchases
Is it possible to customise product packaging for our retail shop?
Yes. We are happy to talk about suitable packaging options as per your business needs.
Are you able to hold stock at the Atelius distribution centre for an upcoming project?
Yes. We are able to hold stock for you that has been purchased through our ecommerce platform. Please inform us of details for delivery in the ‘order notes’ section at the checkout, or by contacting us directly.
How can we demonstrate your product range to our prospective clients?
Instead of printing paper brochures, we have instead chosen to focus on the Atelius website as an accessible way to showcase our product range.
Sample products can also be ordered through our online platform, to be kept on hand for the purpose of client demonstration.
